What Matters Most
I co-host What Matters Most, a weekly podcast from I by IMD, with my IMD colleague Hana Milanov.
The premise comes out of the classroom. Every week we’re in rooms with C-suite leaders working through their business challenges, founders questioning established models, and board directors trying to plan succession when nobody knows what tomorrow’s leaders will need to be good at. Those conversations usually don’t leave the room. The show is an attempt to bring them to a wider audience.
Episodes run about 30 minutes. We bring in IMD faculty and voices from outside the school to work through the questions actually reshaping business — AI, geopolitical disruption, longevity, the future of work, and whatever the week’s news demands. One recurring thread I like: we ask faculty to revisit a hard question from the classroom they couldn’t fully answer at the time.
